About the Team:

Product Designers at Smartly are at the forefront of our fast-paced product development process, playing an integral role in the product development cycle. Collaborating with Product Managers, we identify key areas for improvement and strategize development plans. Our team conducts discovery and research interviews with the industry's leading advertisers. We maintain and enhance our design system within the design team to ensure rapid development cycles while maintaining high output quality. We work closely with developers to understand the technical, contextual models of media buying across multiple platforms. We distill that knowledge into mental models that help our customers achieve their goals.

Your role is to shape the product experience to best meet our customers’ needs. As the Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design of the entire Creative suite of our Smartly platform ensuring a cohesive and high-quality user experience across five different products and partnering closely with our CPO, contributing to strategic decisions and driving the UX vision for the Creative Suite.

As a Senior Product Designer, You Will:

• Design products and features that are intuitive to discover and easy to learn, delivering early value to customers.
• Develop and iterate on a seamless UI/UX.
• Interact directly with our customers to validate your design solutions.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of Developers, Product Managers, and other Designers to build and scale our design systems.
• Deliver a great, end-to-end user experience for all customers, from tech-savvy power users to less advanced, small-scale operators.
• Mentor and coach junior designers, helping them grow and thrive in their roles.

What we are looking for:

• A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in product design, ready to take on a senior role with an opportunity to grow into a lead designer.
• Confidence in leading the design process end-to-end, from collecting product requirements to prototyping, delivering high-fidelity designs, and collaborating closely with engineers to implement solutions.
• Passion for the entire product discovery process, including UX research, customer interviews, and close collaboration with product managers to define the product's future.
• Experience in Marketing Tech or AdTech domains.
• Energetic and team-spirited, with a big appetite for growth and empowerment.
• Ability and willingness to work from the office at least two days per week.
