Join us as Senior Sales Manager and take the lead in shaping long-term lifecycle partnerships. You will drive lifecycle sales from capital project phases all the way to startup, ensuring service agreements are in place to support world-class industrial operations. In this role, you influence strategic customer decisions, collaborate across global teams, and enable sustainable value creation. This position can be located in Jyväskylä, Tampere or Vantaa.
To succeed in this role, you bring deep expertise in industrial lifecycle sales, strong negotiation capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across global matrix teams. Your strong analytical mindset helps you shape lifecycle strategies that drive customer value and long‑term profitability. You excel in engaging customers early, building trust, and turning capital projects into long‑term service partnerships.

In this role, you will work at the heart of our lifecycle business, influencing major customer investments and shaping long‑term service partnerships. You collaborate across CAP Sales, Delivery Projects and Service organizations, contributing to a key strategic area within our global operations.
