Your tasks

• Independent error analysis of incidents at 2nd level
• Carrying out administration and maintenance work in our MDM system
• Creating documentation and maintaining the knowledge database
• Further development of existing products in the Apple and Android areas
• Collaboration in projects and coordination of work packages
• Training 1st level support in new products and topics

Your profile

• You have IT-related vocational training and have already gained several years of professional experience
• You have in-depth knowledge of the common operating systems Android, iOS and MacOS
• You have good knowledge of mobile device management, ideally JAMF School or Microsoft Intune
• You work just as well independently as in a team and are solution-oriented
• You are characterized by a strong customer and service orientation, as well as a structured and careful way of working
• You have a class B driving license
• Fluent written and spoken German is a prerequisite - English is an advantage

Your experience

Sound knowledge (at least in combination) in the following areas is desirable:

• MDM systems, ideally JAMF School or Microsoft Intune
• MDM framework Apple (ASM, DEP and VPP)
• Apple operating systems (iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, macOS)
• Android operating system
