As a technology consulting professional, you will work as part of a diverse team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. To succeed in the role, ideally you would have some of the following:

• At least 2 years of experience in a consulting or 4+ years in a business development organization. Experience from working in a top consulting firm or system integrator is a significant asset.
• Experience leading and/or working with teams in challenging environments, proven organisational skills and structured way of working against budgets and tight deadlines.
• Proactive attitude with a capability to develop business and conceptualise services. Experience in the sales process in consulting is a major asset.
• Demonstrable understanding of core business processes e.g., Finance, IT, Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, and/or Supply Chain.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills in English and Finnish; other languages such as Swedish are a plus.
• A relevant academic degree

If you are applying for the Technology Strategy consulting team, the following is seen as an advantage:

• A passion for technology related issues, with experience or demonstrated interest in one or more of the following: technology strategy, IT and Data & analytics operating model design, enterprise architecture, IT/technology sourcing, IT program and/or IT project management.

If you are applying for the SAP consulting team, the following is seen as an advantage:

• A keen interest and/or prior experience working with SAP/ERP related program management, knowledge of SAP modules and features, process development with end-to-end processes such as order-to-cash, record-to-report, purchase-to-pay etc.
