Service Engineer

Skeleton is looking for a driven and motivated

Service Engineer to join our Advanced Engineering team in Lappeenranta.

Would you like to play a key role in ensuring the quality of our products and customer satisfaction? We are now looking for a Service Engineer to be responsible for fault analysis, repair, and testing of returned electrical modules and systems.

Responsibilities:

• On-site work at customer locations: fault analysis, repairs, and testing
• Analysis and repair of returned products at your own workstation in Lappeenranta
• Developing and maintaining working methods at service workstations
• Receiving fault reports and documenting findings (e.g. 8D reports)
• Establishing and maintaining a field failure register
• Providing remote support to customers when needed
• Participating in other tasks as necessary, such as urgent testing cases or handling returns

• Educational background in electrical engineering (B.Sc. or M.Sc.), automation engineering also applicable
• Experience in testing, fault analysis, and repair of electrical devices
• Good language skills, you can communicate fluently in English and Finnish
• Ability to work independently and with a customer-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in field service or strong motivation to learn
• Background in product development or experience in the electrical field is considered an advantage
• Recent graduates are also welcome to apply if they show motivation and relevant skills
