Tampere Supply Center is a team of around 100 professionals serving global deliveries of Automation Products. We are now looking for a Spare Parts Coordinator to join our team of spare parts delivery experts in Tampere for fixed term position for approximately one year.

In this role, you will collaborate with various departments within our supply chain. Your daily tasks will include order handling, monitoring delivery times, and actively communicating with stakeholders such as production, purchasing, and shipping teams. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and timely delivery process for spare parts.

Requirements:

We expect you to have a suitable educational background, such as a degree in engineering, economics, or business administration. Experience in shipping or order handling, as well as familiarity with ERP systems, will be considered an asset. This position is also suitable for junior talents who are eager to learn and grow with us, even if you don’t yet have extensive experience in this field.

You have an independent working style combined with flexibility and a willingness to support your colleagues in achieving team targets. You are interested in contributing to the development of global spare parts delivery processes and have a precise, systematic approach to problem-solving. Good skills in MS Office tools are essential.

Fluency in English and Finnish, both written and spoken, is required.
