VOYANTIC – SR MARKETING MANAGER – HELSINKI

Our brilliant client Voyantic Oy is looking for a SR Marketing Manager who has gained experience in marketing as well as implementing strategy and has great drive in moving forward.

As the SR Marketing Manager, you will lead and grow our team of two. Your responsibilities will land on strategic marketing planning and your role is crucial in developing our brand while optimizing our marketing channels and methods. Identifying target accounts, turning them into leads and nurturing them is a priority for you, as you understand the role of marketing in the business context with other functions.

Coordinating and executing marketing programs, including but not limited to website and blog series as well as webinars are on your desk together with the development of our partnership program as well as marketing campaigns and customer surveys. Working in a business-to-business environment, understanding our clients and their functions are important, thus readiness to visit fairs and travel on occasion is welcomed.

You will be working with two great team members, who will follow your lead in implementing strategy to marketing. You will work closely with Voyantic Sales team and report to Sales Director. You will develop cooperation with Impinj marketing team in Seattle so excellent English is required.

We want to take marketing further to a new level, so we expect new ideas, ability to follow through and make sure we are on the right track and right where our clients are – experience in B2B marketing in a technical field and a growth environment are welcomed. Our playing field is challenging as our clients are spread out around the globe – thus experience in international business context is appreciated. Our clients are businesses, so understanding B2B marketing and how the function supports other parts of business is important in succeeding in this role.

We expect a relevant degree in marketing or in a related field as well as proven experience in a marketing role. As a pivotal member of our company, it is important for us that SR Marketing Manager has an eye for marketing and recognizing our blind spots to help us on our growth journey. Additionally, an ability to work in an international environment is key with great team leading skills. As our environment is international, fluency in English is essential.

Your qualifications to excel in this role:

• A degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in a relevant field (e.g. marketing)
• Proven track record in a challenging marketing role
• Up to date knowledge and understanding of marketing in B2B
• Flexibility and possibility to work with global time zones few times a month
• Good leadership, team management and mentoring skills
• Fluency in English with relevant vocabulary
