Your Mission

You’ll ensure that all financial processes run smoothly and scale across borders — from Finland to the US and beyond. You’ve been through the startup-to-scale-up transition before, and you know how to build systems right the first time.

From grassroots problem-solving to high-level boardroom strategy, you thrive on details and the big picture — translating numbers into insights that drive growth.

What You Bring

• 2-5 years as a CFO in a startup environment


• International experience a strong plus — especially building business in the US


• Eye for detail and the agility to move seamlessly between operational tasks and strategic discussions


• Proven ability to work independently and build processes from scratch


• Experience with Netsuite ERP is a big plus – you will be scaling our newly implemented ERP to increase efficiencies with system integration and analytics


• Fluent English (Finnish is a plus)
