Supplier Quality Manager

As a Supplier Quality Manager, you will be responsible for managing and improving the quality performance of assigned suppliers and supporting operational excellence across the supply base. This is a hands on role working closely with Procurement, Engineering, Operations and suppliers. Driving supplier quality performance, including PPAP, APQP, audits, corrective actions and continuous improvement activities Supporting new product introductions and supplier industrialization activities Leading root cause analysis and corrective action processes for supplier quality issues Monitoring and reporting supplier quality KPIs and driving improvement plans Collaborating closely with internal cross functional teams to ensure robust supplier quality outcomes Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field Auditor or Lead Auditor certification (e.g. ISO 9001 or equivalent) is required Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing environment Proven experience working with suppliers, including on site activities at supplier locations Strong understanding of quality management systems, auditing practices and supplier quality processes Comfortable working on supplier sites, across different environments, cultures, and levels of maturity Cooperative, respectful, and constructive working style, with the ability to build quality together with suppliers rather than enforcing it top down Ability to influence and drive improvement even in challenging supplier situations Strong problem solving skills and adaptability in complex, global environments Excellent communication, reporting and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally
