Supply Chain Specialist

 Purchasing Operations 

• Manage daily procurement activities for Elcogen OY (production & R&D).
• Enter and monitor purchase data within the ERP system (Monitor).
• Ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of raw materials and components.

 Logistics & Transportation 

• Arrange inbound and outbound shipments for raw materials and finished products.
• Communicate with transport partners and customs authorities to ensure timely and compliant deliveries.

 Warehouse Coordination 

• Oversee goods receiving, including quantity and quality checks.
• Register incoming materials in the ERP system.
• Support inventory accuracy and traceability across the supply chain.

 ERP & Data Accuracy 

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date material and process information in the Monitor ERP system.
• Support system improvements and contribute to data reliability for operational decisions.

• Education: Technical or supply chain background.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production or supply chain roles.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably Monitor)
• Languages: Professional proficiency in Finnish and English.
• Skills & Attributes:
  • Excellent Excel skills for data tracking and analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in execution.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings.
  • A proactive, “can-do” attitude with problem-solving initiative.
  • Strong team player with solid communication skills across departments.
