Job Description - Swedish-speaking Group Financial Trainee

We're looking for you!

At Clevry, we are seeking a motivated and development-oriented Group Financial Trainee to join our Group Finance team in Kamppi, Helsinki. The employment is full time internship (37,5 hours/week) for six months. The position starts as soon as we find a suitable candidate during summer 2024. The internship is paid according to the collective agreement with a training period wage of 10,54 euros per hour.

What is this role about?

In this role, you will work as part of a close-knit and efficient finance team, gaining practical expertise and developing towards a specialized role in financial administration. As a Group Finance Trainee, your workdays will primarily focus on billing, but the role also involves tasks around accounting and other finance routines, as well as support for our customers. Your tasks will be concentrated around monthly closing and payroll cycles, and you'll work with Oracle's NetSuite software in your daily activities.

  • Billing tasks
  • Customer service for billing inquiries by e-mail
  • Assisting with sales and purchase ledger tasks
  • Support for the Group Controller and Business Controller

  • Basic understanding of financial administration practices and accounting
  • Motivation to learn new things and challenge oneself
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English
