In Vattenfall's Customer Service Nordic Finland unit, we are comprehensively responsible for Vattenfall's customer service processes for the entire customer lifecycle.

We are now looking for a System & process support for our team for a fixed-term employment relationship until 31 December 2024.

One of our most important tasks is that Vattenfall's customer service processes work and develop with the changing operating environment, meeting the needs of our customers. 

Process Support supports our Process specialists in their everyday tasks, such as reviewing and correcting various reports. In addition, you are responsible for the workflow management of contracts coming from different sales channels.

This position:

You will work in a team of energy sector experts maintaining and developing our customer service processes. One of our most important tasks is that Vattenfall's customer service processes work and develop with the changing operating environment, meeting the needs of our customers. System & process support supports our Process specialists in their everyday tasks, such as reviewing and correcting various reports. You will also cooperate with different stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and good customer experience. In addition, you are responsible for the workflow management of contracts coming from different sales channels.

Qualifications



To succeed in this position:

You are proactive and customer-oriented.

You have a systematic working style and are solution-oriented.

You finish the tasks you started, whether you work in a group or alone and stick to deadlines.

You have good communication skills. 

You will work towards quality, cost optimization and efficiency.

You have strong IT skills (MS Office)

Experience in the energy sector is an advantage

Speak fluent Finnish and English
