Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Helsinki, Finland where your role would be to work closely with business team and talent acquisition manager to provide support in recruiting related matters at Huawei's Finland Research Centre.

Main Responsibilities:

• Operational recruitment activities at the R&D Center such as publishing job adverts, CV screening and booking interviews.
• Proactively sourcing candidates and creating candidate long/short lists for the hiring managers.
• Being the first point of contact for applicants, including the whole candidate communication cycle, and ensuring good experience of candidates.
• Drive process improvements and recruitment best practices to optimize pipeline efficiency.
• Participating and organizing recruitment events.
• Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.
• Prepare and present weekly reports to the Management/ Stakeholders.
• Provide training and guidance to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment processes and relevant skills.
• Stay informed of market trends, salary benchmarks, and legal hiring requirements in Europe, especially in Finland.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above in related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, especially tech-recruitment is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Finnish; Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Independent and result oriented as well as capability to work in a multicultural working environment.
• Knowledge of Finish labor law, collective agreements, and GDPR requirements is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Work experience from an international company is an advantage.

This is a full-time consultant position. The consultant shall be employed by Huawei's supplier.
