We are looking for an interim Talent Development Lead to join our People team and drive our talent & leadership development projects and programs 

People Team is a team of global 17 people professionals dedicated to supporting our business, teams, leaders and employees to succeed. in fostering. We build programs, processes and services to enhance overall employee experience, performance, culture, learning & development and well-being. Our team provides support to empower Rovians to grow and thrive. While our team is distributed across all studios, this role is preferably based in Finland. Our People team operates in a hybrid model, and we expect you to work on-site with team members in Finland 2-3 days per week.

As a Talent Development Lead, you will drive and develop talent and leadership development, employee engagement projects, programs and processes at Rovio.

You will have impact and fun at work by:

• Developing, crafting and running leadership and talent development programs and projects
• Conducting employee engagement pulse surveys, analysing and reporting the results and planning development activities based on the findings
• Supporting in employee engagement initiatives and managing partnerships in L&D area

Experiences and skills we are looking for:

• Experience in talent, leadership and culture development and/or employee engagement
• Project management skills to successfully lead our learning management system implementation, and talent & leadership development projects and programs
• Skills in analysing employee engagement survey results, drawing conclusions, and presenting development actions
• Background in HR, preferably in Talent & Leadership Development to be successful in developing and creating training programs that make an impact
• Professional English and Finnish language skills both written and spoken, other relevant languages considered a great asset
• Service-oriented with high empathy and strong willingness to support the whole team to succeed
