Your tasks

• Leadership: You lead your team in disciplinary and professional terms. The further development of your employees is important to you.
• Project management: You manage IT projects and support company projects. You are primarily responsible for IT projects involving the introduction of new IT systems and system changes/extensions (updates/upgrades). You will define project goals and create milestone, work package, cost and resource plans. You will also be responsible for implementing and testing the new solutions.
• Strategy and further development: You implement the specifications from the corporate, divisional and IT strategy and strengthen cooperation and communication with internal customers. You will primarily administer and support BI and ECM software as well as peripheral applications. You will develop new measures to optimize the systems and always keep an eye on costs, effects, risks and opportunities. You will plan investments and ongoing expenses as part of business planning and order/budget monitoring, develop and maintain authorization concepts and carry out market analyses as part of the purchasing process.

Your profile

• Bachelor's/Master's/Diploma: You have a degree in business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable, qualified qualification.
• Competencies: You have several years of professional experience in application support including technical, disciplinary or project management. You also have extensive knowledge of IT processes and technologies. Further knowledge of BI and ECM systems as well as interfaces to ERP systems round off your profile.
• Desirable: Ideally, you already have experience with Power BI, enaio and SAP.
• Personality: You are characterized by high communication skills and a systematic way of working as well as team and solution orientation.
