Technical Analyst

We are now looking for 2 full-time Technical Analysts to join our Technical Consulting CPG&MFG team in Helsinki or Stockholm. The Technical Consulting CPG&MFG team looks after our wide RELEX Make customer base. You’ll be coached and supported by experienced Technical Architects, assisting them in maintaining the software, performing version upgrades, resolving incidents and performing value development on the integrations.

Your tasks will include the following:

• Planning and executing maintenance work in customer environments
• Managing technical workstreams internally
• Building integrations between RELEX and customer backend systems
• Investigating technical issues for our customers

To be successful in this position, you will need the following skills:

• Analytical or problem-solving skills
• Some programming experience (For example: Java, Python)
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
• Basic knowledge of public cloud technology, ideally Azure
• Skills in SSIS packages & Windows server maintenance is considered a plus
• Fluent communication skills in English (Swedish is a bonus!)
