Technical Project Lead (AI & Industrial Solutions)

At Advian, we’re looking for a hands-on Technical Project Lead to help drive our Industrial AI project portfolio. This role is about turning data and AI into practical solutions where real-time data, computer vision, IoT and production environments meet.

THE ROLE

As a Technical Project Lead, you help drive Advian’s Industrial AI delivery portfolio, bringing data and AI solutions into real production environments. This role focuses on projects where computer vision, IoT, real-time data and hardware-integrated systems are used to optimize manufacturing processes and create measurable business value. 

You act as the owner of project outcomes and technical deliveries, working closely with customers and technical experts to ensure solutions move successfully from concept to deployment. The role combines elements of technical project leadership, solution ownershipand stakeholder coordination rather than traditional project management. 

Your daily responsibilities include:

- Leading industrial AI and data projects from concept to deployment 

- Coordinating customers, experts, resources and project priorities 

- Planning technical solutions together with our specialists 

- Coordination of lab work and hardware-related activities 

- Supporting sales and identifying new business opportunities

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We would fit each other perfectly if you have:

- Experience with AI, machine learning, computer vision, IoT, real-time data or other data-driven technology solutions 

- Experience leading or coordinating projects, products or technical deliveries in customer-facing environments 

- Ability to work effectively with customers and multidisciplinary teams 

- Strong ownership mindset and ability to navigate changing priorities and ambiguity 

- Interest in industrial environments and turning technology into real-world business value 

- Fluent Finnish and English 

It is considered a plus if you have:

- Experience in manufacturing environments 

- Experience with hardware-integrated systems 

- Consulting background
