About the role's main responsibility:
• Technical Solution Sales Engineer is an integral part of the sales process providing pre-sales technical knowledge and presentations, and subject-matter expert who works closely with account managers to build customer relationship and prospects by demonstrating how a proposed solution meets and exceeds customer requirements. Must have results-oriented mindset and passion for achieving sales targets.
• Develops Huawei telecom network solutions for various customers based on Huawei product portfolios (4/5G Radio Network/Antenna/Site Power), customers business model and competition environment that addresses customer’s specific needs, and he/she must be able to effectively communicate those solutions to customers.
• Attends extended market and project development by customizing solution and present Huawei value and benefits to customers.
• Manages Huawei key customers in terms of product requirements and business development.
• Promotes Huawei telecom solutions and brand via participating in workshops, exhibitions, and seminars in an active role as presenter.
Who you are that we are looking for:
• Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Excellent presentation skills to effectively carry out key product and solution messages during customer engagements.
• Good knowledge and understanding of topology, evolution of telecom network.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills and be able to manage complicated projects involving multiple teams in multiple locations.
• 3~5 years’ experience is preferred, excellent graduates are also acceptable
• Fluent Finnish is preferred. Our work language is English.
