Job Description - Territory Manager

Who are we looking for We're currently in search of two dependable and achievement-oriented professionals to become integral part of our team. Specifically, we're seeking a Territory Manager to join our Urology team (Uro Hys) and another Territory Manager to join our Surgical Endoscopy (SE SD) team. Both roles will be responsible for overseeing the Northern territory of Finland. As a Territory Manager at Olympus, you'll play a crucial role in achieving our sales targets. Your duties will involve actively nurturing client relationships, strategically driving sales for the products within your team and maintaining and expanding our market presence in Finland. Meet the team The successful candidates will collaborate closely with the Uro & Hys and SE & SD team and engage in regular communication with our Finnish customer support counterparts. Joining a dynamic and experienced department, the individuals will experience a collaborative environment where team members actively support one another.

Your responsibilities

- Territory business planning:
- Analyzing territory, segmenting targets, account planning
- Action planning:
- Monitoring sales results & establish correcting actions
- Tenders & after sales products
- Opportunity Management & pipeline control
- Continuous market & competitor monitoring
- Ensuring customer progressions along the ISP:
- Utilize progression model
- Train customers in products
- Comply with price policies
- Reporting (CRM & other reporting tools)

- +2 years in a similar field sales role or nursing background
- Sales experience within the healthcare industry, especially within urology, gynecology and/or surgical devices department are considered a plus
- Documented track record in handling technical complex sales projects
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills in both Finnish and English
- Exemplifies unwavering integrity in interactions with both external and internal stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational and planning abilities, adept at managing multiple demands and priorities effectively
- Innately self-motivated with a resolute determination to achieve success
- Committed to personal continuous improvement and development, maintaining a keen focus on growth and enhancement.
