UTILITIES TECHNICIAN, HANDYMAN

Your work will consist of a wide variety of responsible tasks related to the functioning, maintenance and up-to-dateness of the building technology services at the Group’s main location. Your work will also include machinery and equipment assembly and maintenance measures. You will also work with customer deliveries. We are looking for a person who is willing to help their team members, has confidence in the results of their work and has a positive attitude.

YOUR MAIN TASKS:

• Perform the maintenance work required by the building technology services in a timely manner
• Machine and equipment maintenance
• Delivery transport tasks in Finland and maintenance work and roadworthiness inspections for the vehicles and machines owned by the company
• Warehouse work, including using a forklift in a high-bay warehouse
• Plans for and implementation of development measures and investments in building technology services 

WHAT WE HOPE FROM YOU:

• A relevant degree or studies (e.g. electrician, pipe fitter, mechanic; electricity qualifications are considered as an advantage)
• Experience in building maintenance, equipment construction, machinery and transport
• Manual skills, but also at least basic ICT skills
• An open-minded attitude towards a job with varying tasks

Mikko started working with DA-Group over 14 years ago as an electrical engineer. He progressed to the foreman position and then to the roles of the head designer and a project manager. Recently he has been responsible of a large engineering design team with projects scheduling and resource allocation.
