Yövastaanottovirkailijan paikka avoinna Northern Lights Village Saariselällä!

Etsimme oma-aloitteista ja ystävällistä yövastaanottovirkailijaa liittymään tiimiimme. Tämä rooli sopii asiakaspalveluhenkiselle henkilölle, joka haluaa työskennellä ainutlaatuisessa ympäristössä ja olla mukana luomassa unohtumattomia elämyksiä vieraillemme Northern Lights Villagessa.

Päätehtävät:

• Vieraiden vastaanottaminen ja asiakaspalvelu
• Sisään- ja uloskirjautumisten hoitaminen tehokkaasti
• Vastaaminen vieraskyselyihin ja paikallisten nähtävyyksien sekä aktiviteettien esittely
• Varausten hallinta ja käsittely
• Vastaanottoalueen siisteydestä ja järjestyksestä huolehtiminen
• Raporttien laatiminen ja muut hallinnolliset tehtävät
• Yhteisten tilojen, kuten vastaanoton ja ravintolan, siisteyden ylläpito

Mitä odotamme sinulta?

• Vähintään vuoden kokemus hotellin vastaanottovirkailijan tehtävistä
• Sujuva englannin kielen taito (suullinen ja kirjallinen)
• Suomen alkoholipassi
• Erinomaiset viestintä- ja vuorovaikutustaidot
• Kyky työskennellä itsenäisesti sekä tiimissä
• Hyvät organisointi- ja multitasking-taidot
• Hotellivarausjärjestelmien tuntemus
• Ammattimainen käytös ja ystävällinen asenne

Työn kesto, palkka ja edut:

• Työ alkaa lokakuussa/marraskuussa Työ päättyy maaliskuussa
• Min 90h/3vko
• Palkka sovitaan haastattelussa kokemuksen ja osaamisen perusteella
• Muut edut työehtosopimuksen mukaisesti
• Tarvittaessa järjestämme majoituksen jaetussa huoneessa hintaan 250 €/kk

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and friendly Night Receptionist to become part of our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at customer service and wish to work in a unique environment, contributing to the unforgettable experiences of our guests at the Northern Lights Village.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and providing exceptional customer service
• Handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Answering guests' queries and providing information about local attractions and activities
• Managing bookings and reservations
• Ensuring the reception area is tidy and well-organized
• Preparing reports and other administrative tasks
• Keeping common areas of reception and restaurant tidy
• Auditing accounting reports

Requirements

• 1 or more years of experience in a hotel receptionist role
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Finnish alcohol passport
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of property management systems
• High level of professionalism and a friendly demeanour

Desirable Qualifications

• First Aid Certificate
• Knowledge of local area
• Additional language skills 
• Valid B drivers’ license

Pay, Duration and Benefits

• Start: October/November End: March
• Minimum 90 working hours per 3 weeks period
• Hourly pay negotiated in an interview, according to knowledge and experience
• Other benefits according to the collective labor agreement
• If necessary, the resort provides accommodation in a shared room for €250,00/month
