Business Development Director - Helsinki, Finland
You will be driving the success of your portfolio that consists of named prospects and clients among the TOP50 and most progressive growth companies in Finland. You will be a trusted member of the Private Sales team dedicated to new business development and strategic client management. You will closely work with multidisciplinary teams across the company to deliver impactful technology, data & AI enabled solutions to our clients.
Your primary challenge is to implement our strategy by the means of business development and sales to create a new category in consulting, reshaping how we engage with and deliver value to our clients in the digital age.
Success in this role will be measured by the effectiveness of new client acquisition strategies, the deepening of strategic client relationships, and the overall impact of these efforts on our business growth and client satisfaction. In addition your contribution to employee satisfaction will be valued.
