Remote Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Sensible 4 is seeking a talented and motivated Remote Business Development Associate to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base. This is a full-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients - Monitor and track the progress of sales opportunities and provide regular updates to management - Participate in industry events and conferences to expand the company's network and establish brand presence

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Self-motivated and resourceful with a high level of adaptability - Ability to make informed decisions and work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Willingness to travel as needed
