Job Description:

Canatu is seeking a dynamic and energetic Business Development Associate to join our team in Tampere, Finland. As a Business Development Associate at Canatu, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expansion in the global market. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities and partnerships - Develop and implement growth strategies to expand Canatu's market presence - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives - Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to potential clients - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress towards business goals

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Ability to innovate and think creatively - Strong decision-making skills - Willingness to embrace and navigate change seamlessly - Remote work flexibility
