Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Nokia is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Business Development Associate to join our team in Espoo, Finland. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in business development.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities - Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders - Assist in the development of business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth - Support the Business Development team in various administrative tasks and project management activities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
