Business Development Associate

Job Description:

SSH Communications Security is seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Associate to join our team in Vantaa, Finland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in business development or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create innovative strategies for business growth - Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats - Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to key decision-makers - Negotiate and close deals that align with the company's strategic goals - Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance and market trends

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Resourceful and resilient mindset, able to overcome challenges and setbacks - Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions - Experience with CRM software and other sales tools - Willingness to travel as needed
