As a Backend Team Lead:

• You and your team will take part in architecture renewal and platform development
• Motivate & guide a cross functional software engineering team
• Champion ongoing enhancement with a focus on quality within your team and across teams.
• Consistently foster connections among product, engineering, and essential stakeholders across various areas.
• Your team will be developing and refactoring, code reviews and tests automation of new and existing services
• You will be part of continuous improvement of team’s way of working (product, devops and Agile sound practices)
• You will be in charge of developing teams performance as well as supporting the growth of your team members

You will be a great fit if you have:

• Experience with Java development
• Have experience leading software engineering teams
• Solid foundation in software design, object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Solid foundation in software testing methods and automation frameworks
• Experience in and appreciation for working in an Agile environment
• Working proficiency in English
