Country Manager

Upon the retirement of our long-standing country manager, we are now looking for a  Country Manager  to take theresponsibility for leading and managing HellermanTyton’s operations in Finland. As our new Country Manager, you will be responsible for driving the continued growth of HellermannTyton in Finland, in alignment with our group's overall strategy. Your primary focus will be on increasing market share and revenue in selected strategic segments through sales and marketing initiatives. You should possess a strong understanding of profitable business practices and be able to identify and pursue growth opportunities while establishing long-term partnerships. Additionally, you should have the ability to analyze market trends, set targets, and create business plans. Your role will involve ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently, and you will lead a team of six people with a coaching approach to secure operational excellence. As the Country Manager, you will report directly to the Director of the Nordics.

To be successful in this role, you should have following qualifications and background:

• University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent competence
• Good leadership skills and experience in organization and people management
• Proven experience in b2b sales and key account management in an industrial setting, preferably in the construction supplies industry or manufacturing supplies industry
• Strong business acumen with a track record of driving profitable sales growth and achieving business targets
• Experience in budgeting and pricing
• Knowledge of electrical wholesales/distribution is a benefit, but not a must
• Good understanding of marketing and digitalization
• Ability to build and lead a team successfully
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong co-operation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Finnish and English
