Within Nokia Standards Department (NSD) in Nokia Strategy & Technology (S&T), we drive Nokia's technology leadership by developing and bringing innovative concepts to industry and standardization organizations. NSD also works within the ecosystem to ensure an inventor-friendly industry environment, favorable to Nokia’s business success. The unit has a strategic objective of anticipating, shaping, and protecting future technologies and systems and ensuring appropriate standards and industry specifications are developed.

Nokia's Standardization Specialists collaborate with internal and external experts to advance the state-of-the-art technology landscape and to create and protect Nokia's intellectual property. We are looking for ambitious and highly engaged colleagues to work on standardization of UE RF requirements in our Standardization & Industry Environment Team.
