About the role
As Head of Digital Service Solutions, you will be responsible for making sure our digital services are easy for customers to digitally interact with us, manage their insurances and get their questions answered. Your delivery responsibility is large; it includes people and technology both for our private and commercial customers, as well as partners. You will also have a Tribe Tech Lead role in our cross functional agile operating model. You will have Chapter Leads reporting to you - making sure our people have a great employee experience and growth opportunities, while delivering solutions to drive and scale our digital service offering.

You will be working with a great group of professionals and joining the Customer & Partner Solutions management team with Josefine Halvarsson, Klas Sjögren, Saara Roine, Jørgen Holen and Ross MacGill. You will closely collaborate with business owners, tribe leads and colleagues across the Nordic and Baltics.

You also have:
· experience from modern web development, .NET ecosystem, cloud & specifically Azure
· practical experience in managing DevOps and CI/CD
· experience from different roles in agile development and from scaling agile
· experience in coaching and supporting leaders and employees to develop
· previous delivery responsibilities for business-critical systems
· ability to understand technical details while also navigating system level architecture
· excellent English and the ability to communicate with everybody from techies to top management
