Facilitate communication between programming and design teams
Research and develop technical tools for projects
Establish art production workflows and support the 3D art pipeline
Assist in asset performance, validation, and resolution of technical issues
Make decisions on software and tools for game production
Develop and maintain resources and pipelines in collaboration with developers
Port finished art to the game engine, ensuring visual resolution within engine limits
Enforce standards outlined by department heads
Develop tools and software to meet game requirements
Design character systems, optimize environments, and establish physics barriers
Write custom software using industry-standard scripting languages
Research and oversee rendering technique implementation
Enhance frame rate and memory performance, and resolve material errors and collision issues
Monitor overall game performance
Experience in the position of Technical Artist of 3+ years
Strong skills in Creative mostly Photoshop, and Illustrator
Preparation, optimization, and integration of art resources (2D, 3D, VFX)
Experience in Unity
Experience working with both artists and unity developers, understanding the gap between both disciplines
Strong understanding of rendering pipeline
Intermediate level of English
Ability to work from anywhere in the world in comfortable conditions while remaining a member of the team
