What you’ll do at Elekta

At Elekta, we don’t just build technology. We build hope for everyone dealing with cancer. In the role as Software Development Engineer in Test, you will be a part of a scrum team and together with your colleague’s plan, design and verify the product incremental. Your focus will be to oversee the quality and the quality process of our cloud-based product and ensure built-in quality at the early phase of development.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain system-level E2E automation test cases.
• Investigate product complaints and reported quality issues to ensure closure following company guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain the automation tools to improve product quality and development process.
• Provide training and support to team members to build the quality sense of the whole product team

What you bring

• Bachelors/master’s in engineering, Computer Science, or relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in testing.
• Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
• Experience with testing Angular and behaviour-driven testing.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version-control procedures, and defect management processes.
• Experience with medical device development.
• Understanding of agile/scrum methodology.
• Knowledge of DevOps, UI development, and UI design.
