About the role

Synergi is looking for a prominent developer to join our small but ambitious team. You’ll be working on the first version of our product: integrations, frontend and infrastructure are likely to be central themes here. As we are a small team, you’ll get to contribute to many other things as well. We want that all of our employees contribute to creating the long-term mission and vision of the company, together.

As a software engineer, you will be setting the foundations of Synergi’s engineering team: making fundamental architecture choices, creating processes and setting the culture. Of course, you will be spending a lot of time writing code, refactoring and troubleshooting. In addition, you will have a significant amount of ownership over the product direction.

About you

• You love all things code. Be it configuring containers or turning wireframes to React components, you are ready to jump in and give your best.

• You are a team player who has own opinions.

• You have strong software engineering experience , preferably 5+ years in a relevant position or similar skills.

• You are a fluent communicator in English , our official working language.

• You are resilient and persistent . Creating new things is not always easy but we are strong believers in working as a team in order to get through adversities.
