SOLUTION EXPERT, PRODUCTION PLANNING

Wipak Group Business IT Solution Expert team support and respond to changing business requirements by maintaining and improving our systems with a passion for lean management. It provides high-quality daily support for Wipak global key user network and participates in different development and roll-out projects.

As the Production Planning (PP) Solution Expert, you will own the solution in planning area from extrusion until slitting. You are familiar with PPC cockpit, CBR, and ZSQP tools including Jira Order Change Management and Trim Suite. You work closely with process owners and solution architect, especially in promoting ONE Wipak way of working when multiple sites are involved. You report to Solution Expert Team Lead.

The Solution area requires constant care in terms of support and development. You will configure your solution often independently but also with support of external consultants, where needed. Developments must always be carefully tested before importing into production environment. You are in charge of testing and verifying your solution including maintaining the solution documentation. You plan trainings and train the users with your solution expert colleagues. Key users are our main business partners, and we do our best in coordinating our solution networks. You are the second level support towards our key user network.

This full-time position can be in any Wipak location in Europe. We value flexibility, therefore remote working is also a possibility.

What are we looking for?

• Education in supply chain area, preferably master’s or bachelor’s degree with a solid knowledge of manufacturing industry.
• Sound understanding of SAP ERP end-to-end processes.
• Excellence in Jira Software.
• Solid understanding of order-to-cash process.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Natural willingness to share your knowledge and to support people on their learning curve.
• A hands-on and proactive approach that gets things done.
• Team player attitude and resilience.

We consider it an advantage if you have experience in international SAP projects, you are creative as well as process and system-oriented expert with LEAN knowledge, and you can work in German, Finnish, French, Spanish or Italian.
