About the role
We are looking for a new Talent Acquisition Partner with the focus to conduct recruitments from A-Z and employer branding activities to support the recruitments. You will be mainly responsible for recruitments to our main target groups, such as our advisory roles. The role also consists of being part in developing attract- and recruit processes on a Nordic level. Together we will strive towards creating a positive and inspiring candidate experience, with the ambition of getting the right person to the right place.
This role is a temporary position of 11-12 months as one of our Talent Acquisitions Partners is going on a parental leave.
About the team
The role is placed in the Nordic Talent Acquisition organization in HR and you will report to the Team lead of Volume & Talent. You will be part of a welcoming, talented, and inclusive team who motivates each other in everyday work. The TA team consists of altogether 20 people and the Volume & Talent team consists of 7 Talent Acquisition Partners and 3 part-time coordinators in the Nordics.
Besides working with your HR-colleagues you will have daily contact with recruiting leaders, as well as our communication and marketing function. They will support you to succeed and encourage you in your development journey in If. Who are you?
Your ambition is to have a core role in all aspects of leading successful recruitments in our organization. You are self-motivated with a passion for the field of HR and Talent Acquisition. Your inner drive is strong, and you have a talent for building trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring leaders. You also have a sense of responsibility, a proven ability to work well under pressure and capable of adapting and responding to change. Together with HR- colleagues, recruiting leaders and other stakeholders you have the curiosity needed to find the best solutions.
You also have:
Relevant academic/university degree
At least 2 years of experience with leading full-cycle recruitments, preferably high-volumes
Good understanding of the candidate journey from attraction to hire
Interest in the field of employer branding
Interest in and experience from using HR tools and systems
Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and verbal
Additional facts and the recruitment process:

Process: For a fair recruitment process, after the first screening we are using tests as the first step to assess potential and match with the position. Relevant candidates are then invited to an interview.
