Development and launching of advertising campaigns for hypercasual and casual mobile games;
Developing marketing strategies for projects and conducting marketing research;
Analyzing the effectiveness and optimizing advertising campaigns based on established KPIs;
Maintaining communication with key partners in English;
Collaborating with the creative team to create and test creatives;
Interacting with product teams, analytics teams, and monetization teams.
At least 3 years of experience in game development (hypercasual and casual genres);
Experience with traffic in Unity, AppLovin, IronSource, Mintegral, FB, Google Ads, etc.;
English language proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher;
Proficiency in Excel/Google Spreadsheets as an advanced user;
Knowledge and understanding of key marketing metrics;
Experience working with significant advertising budgets.
