AI Developer Trainee (B2B)

The Sanoma Media Trainee Programme is an eight-month programme that combines development work as part of an expert team, joint learning sessions, a personal learning plan, and a community of fellow trainees, committed leadership, and professionals from different fields.

• Supporting media sales and marketing in the design, development, and productionization of AI use cases together with developers and other experts
• Participating in improving B2B AI development practices and evaluating technology choices
• Develop and configure AI solutions on top of Microsoft O365 copilot platform and Salesforce Agentforce. There might be also other Sales Development tasks and automation

• Students in the final stages of their studies or recent graduates in a relevant field
• Interest in B2B sales and marketing, or background in the area
• Understanding of how AI can be applied in business contexts
• Educational background in IT, either from a programming, theoretical, or business perspective
• Previous AI experience from work, studies, or personal projects is considered an advantage
• Good communication skills in both English and Finnish
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Motivation and ability to quickly learn new technologies
