About the Role  

We are looking for an enthusiastic Construction Manager Graduate to join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience across Commercial, CSA, and MEP disciplines. This role offers exposure to all aspects of construction management, including planning, coordination, and delivery of complex projects. You will work closely with experienced professionals to ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities   

• Assist in project planning and scheduling across commercial, CSA, and MEP packages.
• Support site coordination and ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
• Monitor progress and quality of works, reporting any issues to senior management.
• Participate in procurement activities, including reviewing subcontractor scopes and assisting with tender evaluations.
• Assist in cost control and budgeting, working with Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers.
• Liaise with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical queries.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports and quality records.
• Contribute to risk assessments and method statements for site activities.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
