Why you will love this role:

ICEYE is looking for a motivated Procurement & Logistics Intern to support our supply chain operations in Espoo. This is a hands-on, operational role where you’ll contribute to procurement, logistics and inventory activities that directly support ICEYE’s satellite production.

What will you do in this role?

• Convert purchasing requests into purchase orders, maintaining communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders from order to delivery.
• Support inbound and outbound logistics, including shipment coordination and documentation.
• Assist in RFx (RFQ/RFP) processes for suppliers and logistics providers.
• Enter and maintain purchase orders and data in the ERP system.
• Participate in supplier follow-ups, reporting, and team meetings.
• Provide backup support to logistics and procurement team members.
• Contribute to process improvements.

What will you need to be successful in this role?

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, professional, and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Base salary range for this position is contingent on your experience level, and will be negotiated individually.
