Summer Trainee: Invoice to Cash

We are looking for a Summer Trainee to join our Invoice to Cash team in Global Finance Services during the summer 2026. In this role you will be responsible of our daily AR activities in Europe and North America together with your team. The role is full-time, hybrid, and to be started preferably in May and last until September.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Prepare, verify and post payments and transactions related to accounts receivable
• Post and reconcile customer payments (cash, check and credit card transactions)
• Investigate and clear miscellaneous differences
• Participate in accounts receivable month end closing processes

To succeed in this position, you will have:

• On-going studies or degree in finance, accounting or similar
• Proactive and self-driven work approach
• Experience or basic understanding of Accounts Receivable processes is an advantage
• SAP knowledge is also considered as a plus
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Finnish are mandatory

You are a true team player with positive can-do attitude. You have precise working style with self-driven approach and working under pressure with flexibility is familiar to you. As we are a global team you don’t mind working late afternoons or early evenings at times.
