Talent Acquisition Intern

Are you passionate about recruitment and eager to grow your experience in a fast-paced, international environment? We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. In this role, you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager and play an important part in supporting recruitment efforts at Huawei’s Finland Research Centre.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage operational recruitment tasks such as:

• Publishing job ads across various channels;
• Screening CVs and coordinating interview bookings;
• Actively sourcing candidates to meet current talent needs;

• Act as the first point of contact for applicants and manage the full candidate communication cycle.

• Assist in organizing recruitment-related events, including Hackathons and career fairs.

• Contribute to improving recruitment processes and optimizing operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

• Previous tech recruitment experience is considered a plus.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• A proactive, independent work style with the ability to take initiative.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable working in a multicultural team and a quick learner on new things.
