We are now looking to fill a fixed-term summer internship position as a Sales Lead Process Analyst Trainee. We are seeking an enthusiastic, can‑do minded individual who is eager to learn, take initiative, and grow in an international environment. This role is based in our Leppävaara, Espoo office and reports to Kristian Koskimies, our Head of Channel and Commercial Development.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will make sure that the leads marketing generates are assigned to correct people and take ownership of these leads being executed on by collaborating with our sales across the globe.
Main tasks:
Making sure leads are assigned to correct people and handled in a timely manner
Establishing a process for lead handling within iLOQ
Creating a PBI dashboard for following leads and clean up historical data
What you’ll bring
You are a 2nd–4th year IEM / Information Networks / ISM student with following qualities:
Can‑do attitude
Excellent communications skills in English (written and spoken)
Ability to structure the bigger picture and give clear recommendations
Technical abilities and willingness to learn new
Advanced level Excel skills
Familiarity with marketing and sales process and Power BI skills are considered as a plus.
Other noteworthy info:
Primarily working on-site at our office located in Leppävaara, Espoo, with some flexibility for remote work.
Employment period beginning of May – end of August with a 3‑week break at the end of July.
Monthly salary 2500 - 3000 euros depending on your experience and stage of studies.
