POSITION OVERVIEW:
Join The Common Ones as a Project Coordinator Intern/Volunteer and contribute to our mission of empowering young leaders and promoting sustainability. This role offers a unique opportunity to kick-start your career, expand your network, and immerse yourself in the exciting world of sustainability and community engagement. Working closely with our experienced team, you'll play a vital role in managing projects, conducting research, building content, and reporting on our initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct comprehensive research on sustainability and community engagement principles and practices.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, timelines, and progress reports.
- Assist in the creation and dissemination of educational materials and content for our platforms.
- Ensure project goals and milestones are met.
- Support project management activities, including scheduling, task assignment, and resource allocation.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating workshops and events related to sustainability and entrepreneurship.
- Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of our projects and prepare detailed reports.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Help identify potential partners and collaborators to enhance our projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
- Previous experience in project coordination or management is a plus.
