Accountant - Remote Work

Job Description:

KONE Corporation is seeking a dedicated and independent Accountant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As an Associate Level Accountant with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, analyzing data, and communicating financial information to senior management.

Responsibilities: - Manage all accounting transactions - Prepare budget forecasts - Publish financial statements in time - Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings - Reconcile accounts payable and receivable - Ensure timely payment of invoices - Prepare tax returns - Assist with audits - Develop financial policies and procedures - Analyze financial data to detect discrepancies - Provide financial information to management - Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors

Requirements: - Proven work experience as an Accountant - Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures - Advanced MS Excel skills - Experience with accounting software - Strong attention to detail - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - People management and leadership skills - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
