Accountant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Eve-Tech is seeking a passionate and confident Remote Accountant to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. This part-time position is ideal for someone with 4 years of experience in accounting and finance. As an Associate Level Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll - Prepare and maintain financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Analyze financial data and provide insights to help drive decision-making - Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and company policies - Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes - Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and analysis - Conduct financial audits and reconcile financial discrepancies - Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - CPA certification is a plus - 4 years of experience in accounting or finance - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills - Passion for finance and a desire to make a positive impact
