Accounts Payable - Remote Work

Job Description: Raisio plc is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable specialist in a remote work capacity. As a part-time entry-level position, this role will be responsible for processing invoices, handling vendor payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities: - Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness - Process payments to vendors in a timely manner - Reconcile accounts payable transactions - Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries - Assist with month-end close procedures - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting - Utilize innovative solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong analytical skills - Excellent attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Passion for learning and professional development - Previous experience in accounts payable is a plus, but not required
