Accounts Receivable - Remote Work

Job Description:

Konecranes, a global leader in lifting equipment and services, is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing flexibility and convenience for the right candidate. We are looking for an Associate Level individual with at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation - Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies - Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and accurate records - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and discrepancies - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions - Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Prepare reports and presentations for senior management as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field - Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar role - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Reliable and driven personality traits - Emotional intelligence and strong time management skills
