Accountant

Job Description:

Omocom is seeking a driven and motivated Accountant to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Accountant with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.

Responsibilities: - Manage all accounting transactions - Prepare budget forecasts - Publish financial statements in a timely manner - Handle payroll and invoicing - Conduct month-end and year-end close processes - Assist with tax filings - Identify and resolve financial discrepancies - Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes - Provide financial insights to senior management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - CPA or equivalent certification is preferred - 4+ years of experience in accounting - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - People management skills - Experience in a similar role in a start-up or entrepreneurial environment is a plus
