Job Description:
Aiven, a leading technology company based in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI, is seeking a part-time Accountant at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Responsibilities: - Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable - Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records - Assist with payroll processing and tax compliance - Collaborate with team members on financial analysis and forecasting - Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks - Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - CPA certification is preferred - Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Adaptable and confident in handling challenging situations - Project management and innovation skills are a plus
