Accountant - Work from home

Job Description:

Uponor is seeking a resilient and reliable Accountant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in accounting.

Responsibilities: 1. Prepare and maintain financial records for the company 2. Perform reconciliation of accounts and financial statements 3. Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting 4. Analyze financial data and provide insights to help improve financial performance 5. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations 6. Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decision-making 7. Maintain confidentiality of financial information at all times

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 2. CPA certification is preferred but not required 3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 4. Emotional intelligence and ability to work well in a team 5. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite 6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
